If you, or your child, eats a lot of fast food and sweets, and spends many hours on a computer, you have a great recipe for obesity! This is the modern problem. Lack of physical activity and ‘’bad’’ food, are responsible for more than 36% of overweight people in the US. The solution is hard! Because these people like to eat, and they are living like this a long time, changing their eating habits can be hard, almost impossible. But, if you have a desire for success, you can change your lifestyle!

Some food like: fast food, frozen food, meat cooked in oil and drinks like coca cola, you must avoid! They contain a high quantity of calories and ‘’bad’’ fat that are responsible for your obesity! I even recommend avoiding eating food like this for the rest of your life, because, they can be related to heart attack and high cholesterol levels. On the other side, eating more vegetables and fruits, will have a positive effect on you! Your body will get enough quantities of vitamins, minerals and carbs, but not too many calories. This means that you cannot increase your weight.

You can use smaller plates, eat more soup and carefully select what you will eat, in order to lose weight, or to maintain your current weight. Eating fruits have many positive effects. So, I recommend eating apples or bananas in every breakfast or dinner. There are many meals made from fruits that are delicious! But, at the same time you must have a recommended daily intake of nutrients. If you cannot satisfy those needs, I recommend the usage of supplements!
